Assistant Manager-Real Estate Projects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in choosing new locations following and fulfilling business or investment requests.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and full understanding of projects' progress.
  • Coordinate with the consulting & project management firms to prepare timelines, budgets and full design package
  • Participate in the selection and tendering for different vendors, suppliers, contractors, consulting firms…etc. in accordance with the company's policies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in a benefit of the company
  • Support in the planning of CAPEX budgets for the company's real estate projects.
  • Initiate renovation plans for existed different real estate locations

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in consulting firm, real estate or construction company
  • Experience in using different design tools such as AutoCAD, REVIT…etc.
  • Experience in using project management S/W is a plus
