Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase premium volume, meet short and long term underwriting production and profit goals.

Design and implement business development plans

Interpret and Analyze financial reports/ data.
- Maintain liaison with partners to obtain necessary underwriting information and provide service excellence.
- Assess new application and its risks within established underwriting guidelines and to prepare submission for higher review where applicable

Keeping informed of new developments in industry
activities and competitive practices and integrate
learning into the product and business plan

Regular review and monitor Partners’ portfolio in
terms of growth and profitability

Good understanding of LOB products and portfolio

Possess good understanding of applicable legal and
regulatory framework
Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Experience

Min 5 years of experience in insurance industry
