Senior Manager - Direct Corporate & Health

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase premium volume, meet short and long term underwriting production and profit goals.
  • Design and implement business development plans
  • Interpret and Analyze financial reports/ data.
  • Maintain liaison with partners to obtain necessary underwriting information and provide service excellence.
  • Assess new application and its risks within established underwriting guidelines and to prepare submission for higher review where applicable
  • Keeping informed of new developments in industry activities and competitive practices and integrate learning into the product and business plan
  • Regular review and monitor Partners’ portfolio in terms of growth and profitability
  • Good understanding of LOB products and portfolio
  • Possess good understanding of applicable legal and regulatory framework

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Experience
  • Min 5 years of experience in insurance industry
